The HIV Planning Council acts as a community-based advisory group to the Delaware Division of Public Health. It provides feedback regarding the Division’s HIV prevention and treatment activities, in an effort to ensure that community needs are met effectively.  The Council relies on a council membership that is inclusive and diverse.
